Transformational Life coaching includes inquiry, reflection, requests, and discussion to help the client identify personal, and relationship goals. This coaching process is client-focused centered to help the client to create a set of action steps that bring positive change to their life. The client takes action, and Coach Michael may assist, but never leads or does more than the client.
Transformational Lifestyle coaching is not mentoring, counseling, or consulting. We call it as we see it…”Pure Coaching” while not knowing what is best for our client. The client will birth their answers and create an action plan with time-based goals.
